- A new flyer will be released every month for each new Best of set.
- All Best of stamp sets are available in Clear-Mount only.

Why are we offering Paper Pumpkin?
Paper Pumpkin is the perfect introduction to Stampin’ Up! We designed it for crafters that want to create a project each month, but aren’t quite ready to build a stamp collection (yet).
How does shipping work with Paper Pumpkin?
Your Paper Pumpkin will be automatically shipped to you each month (so fun!). Because we are auto shipping these, the pricing structure is slightly different from our other Stampin’ Up! products.

My husband was in charge getting presents for his 5 nieces and nephews. He decided to start shopping today when we need to gifts by tomorrow. After becoming fustrated by the crowds at the stores, he took the typical guy approach by stopping at a bank and deciding to give them all cash. Since I had a certain reputation to uphold, I decided to at least make up some nice money cards. I used the No Peeking Stamp set and leftover Be Of Good Cheer DSP. The solid colors are Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla. I copied the design from Dawn’s Stamping Studio (http://dawnsstampingthoughts.typepad.com/dawns_stampin_studio/2008/08/money-card.html)
I think they turned out pretty well for last minute. What do you think?
Looking for a fun easy way to improve the looks of your paper creations. Starting this January, I will be offering a Technique class. I am offering a morning and evening class, so you can pick whichever one fits your schedule better. Both classes will focus on the same technique and both will be held in the classroom at the Seacoast Sewing Center on Rt 1 in Portsmouth, NH.
For January, we will be focusing on the technique of masking. Masking is a beautiful and easy way to paint a picture with your rubber stamps. Each class is only $12 and all supplies are included. You will make a page with a sample of the technique along with instructions and tips for repeating the technique. These are great for creating a beautiful scrapbook that holds all your techniques right at your fingertips. In addition we will make a card featuring that technique. Class dates are January 15, 11am – 12 pm and January 23, 5 pm to 6 am. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for a sneak peek of what we will be making 🙂
Weird fact of the day: Today’s date 12-12-12 is the last repeat we’ll see in our lifetimes.
Have you started thinking about the New Year yet? I certainly have, one of the big things that I have coming are more Stamp Classes!! Two new types of classes are coming!
The first is Stamp of the Month Club. There is no obligation to join. We will meet monthly in the classroom at Seacoast Sewing Center in Portsmouth, NH. The first class will be January 11 from 5 – 7 pm. You will leave the class with a NEW stamp set and 3 samples that you made with that stamp set.
The set I picked for January is wicked cool and I can’t wait to show it to you. It is called Secret Garden. It is from the NEW Stampin’ Up! Spring 2013. BUT this catalog is not available to be seen or for general order until January 1. As per the company’s policy, I am not allowed to post a picture of the stamp set because it is not available to you yet, but I am allowed to post pictures of my samples made from the stamp. I ordered today, so stay tuned to see the samples in the next week or so.
Now back to the class specifics, for only $15 plus the cost of the stamp set, you get 3 samples and the stamp set. You get to pick the type of stamp whether you like the clear or wooden. Now here is the fine print…I need you to pay and reserve your spot in the class by January 2. This allows me to order the stamp sets and have them in and ready by the class date.
That is all for now folks, but have a great December day.
Happy New Year!!!
Just a reminder that if you want to sign up for the stamp of the month class on Friday January 11, the deadline is tomorrow (January 2). This is a chance to get your own Secret Garden stamp which is brand new in the Spring 2013 catalog. I am having a lot of fun playing with the stamp. Here is a card I made using the stamp set and Fan Fair DSP. If you want to make this card as well as 2 others with the stamp, sign up now. You can sign up either through me or through Seacoast Sewing Center.
