The January stamp set will be Secret Garden which is from the Spring Catalog which comes out on January 3, 2013.    (remember, you can always change the selection to whatever you prefer)

Stamp of the Month Class

Good Afternoon,

I promised a sneak peek of the Secret Garden stamp which is brand new in the Spring 2013 catalog and here it is. If you want to have your own stamp set and make this card along with 2 other projects, sign up for the class by January 2. More information is under the Classes tab at the top or feel free to email me.

January Stamp of the Month Club

Weird fact of the day: Today’s date 12-12-12 is the last repeat we’ll see in our lifetimes.

Have you started thinking about the New Year yet? I certainly have, one of the big things that I have coming are more Stamp Classes!!  Two new types of classes are coming!

The first is Stamp of the Month Club. There is no obligation to join. We will meet monthly in the classroom at Seacoast Sewing Center in Portsmouth, NH. The first class will be January 11 from 5 – 7 pm. You will leave the class with a NEW stamp set and 3 samples that you made with that stamp set.

The set I picked for January is wicked cool and I can’t wait to show it to you. It is called Secret Garden. It is from the NEW Stampin’ Up! Spring 2013. BUT this catalog is not available to be seen or for general order until January 1. As per the company’s policy, I am not allowed to post a picture of the stamp set because it is not available to you yet, but I am allowed to post pictures of my samples made from the stamp. I ordered today, so stay tuned to see the samples in the next week or so.

Now back to the class specifics, for only $15 plus the cost of the stamp set, you get 3 samples and the stamp set. You get to pick the type of stamp whether you like the clear or wooden. Now here is the fine print…I need you to pay and reserve your spot in the class by January 2. This allows me to order the stamp sets and have them in and ready by the class date.

That is all for now folks, but have a great December day.

Stamp of the month class reminder

Happy New Year!!!

Just a reminder that if you want to sign up for the stamp of the month class on Friday January 11, the deadline is tomorrow (January 2). This is a chance to get your own Secret Garden stamp which is brand new in the Spring 2013 catalog. I am having a lot of fun playing with the stamp. Here is a card I made using the stamp set and Fan Fair DSP. If you want to make this card as well as 2 others with the stamp, sign up now. You can sign up either through me or through Seacoast Sewing Center.
